This Privacy Policy outlines our strict protocols regarding the collection, formatting, and secure deletion of the data you entrust to us. Candidate Data is used for one purpose only: to manually reformat the document into your specified agency template. We do not use candidate data for marketing, we do not build secondary databases, and we do not sell or share this data with any third parties.

3. Strict Data Deletion Protocol

To minimize your liability, we operate on a strict data-destruction schedule. All raw Candidate Data and completed formatted resumes are permanently deleted from our active servers within 14 days of successful delivery back to your agency, unless otherwise requested in writing by your designated account manager.

All files are transferred via secure, encrypted portals (TLS 1.2+). Our processing pod operates under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and is prohibited from storing candidate files on local, unencrypted hard drives.
