These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the resume formatting services provided by ResumeStreams ("we", "our", or "us"). By submitting documents to us, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Services

ResumeStreams provides B2B manual document formatting services. We take raw candidate files (PDF, DOCX, etc.) provided by your agency and reformat the textual data into a pre-agreed master template provided by you.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Turnaround Time

We guarantee a standard turnaround time of 12 to 24 hours for daily batches up to your contracted volume limit (typically 50 resumes/day). The SLA clock begins only when we have successfully received both the raw candidate files and clear template instructions. Extreme file corruption or illegible raw files may cause delays and fall outside the standard SLA.

3. Client Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

We are a formatting service, not a fact-checking or background-screening agency. We accurately transfer the data provided in the raw files to your template. ResumeStreams is not responsible for verifying the truthfulness, accuracy, or legality of the candidate's employment history, education, or personal claims. It is your agency's sole responsibility to vet your candidates.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all candidate data, intellectual property, and agency templates you provide to us. Upon delivery of the formatted resumes, you hold the exclusive rights to use those documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeStreams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of placement fees, client contracts, or reputation) arising from delays, formatting errors, or the use of our services. In the event of a formatting error on our part, our sole liability is the immediate, expedited correction of the affected document at no additional cost.

6. Free Trial Limitations

The "3-CV Free Trial" is limited to one use per verified staffing agency. We reserve the right to refuse the free trial if we suspect abuse, automated bot submissions, or non-B2B entities.
